Job Description

Join our Durban office as a Customer Support Representative, where you will directly engage with our customers to resolve queries and provide outstanding support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate product information and guide customers in using our services.
  • Work with team members to develop best practices and improve service quality.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer service.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest potential solutions.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback for product improvement.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications, Business or a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role
