Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The HR Generalist will play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring effective employee relations, and fostering a positive work environment. This position involves various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, training, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding process and training of new employees.
  • Help manage the employee annual performance review process.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and improve employee retention strategies.
  • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Maintain HR compliance by conducting audits and reviews.
  • Support the HR team in developing workplace culture initiatives.
  • Manage employee-related documentation and ensure data accuracy.
  • Facilitate workshops and training on compliance and workplace behavior.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Advanced HR certification preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment
