Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events and workshops.
• Provide feedback to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
• Utilize data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and improve staffing processes.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in recruitment.
• Analyze industry trends to develop competitive recruitment strategies.
• Foster a positive candidate experience and build a strong employer reputation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a recruitment role, preferably in an agency setting

• English: Fluent
