Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our HR strategy, driving talent acquisition, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with management to implement HR policies and initiatives that support our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR function in strategic planning and policy formulation.
  • Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Enhance employee engagement strategies to improve retention.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and recommend development programs.
  • Manage conflict resolution and employee mediation.
  • Ensure legal compliance in HR practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within HR
