Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategy in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, optimizing the customer journey, and managing our e-commerce operations to ensure sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Establish e-commerce performance KPIs and ensure they align with overall business objectives.
  • Manage promotional strategies, including sales events and discounts to drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with customer support to address online customer issues efficiently.
  • Innovate new ways to enhance the e-commerce customer journey through technology.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Engage with customers through social media to build brand loyalty and drive sales.
  • Prepare detailed reports for upper management concerning sales forecasting and market analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
