Supply Chain Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to drive our supply chain initiatives in Cape Town. You will manage logistics, oversee inventory control, and work closely with vendors to ensure successful procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective supply chain processes that align with company objectives.
• Utilize supply chain software to monitor performance metrics and streamline operations.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and supply processes to maintain accuracy.
• Oversee logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance supply chain technology and systems.
• Report on supply chain performance and suggest improvements to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Master's degree or MBA is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or logistics management
