Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Port Elizabeth office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through meticulous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure understanding of quality requirements.
• Perform load, performance, and security testing when required.
• Document and maintain records of all testing activities.
• Contribute to team knowledge base and documentation efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter: Hands-on experience with JMeter for conducting performance testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment processes.
