Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain operations in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supply chain management, logistics, and strategic planning, contributing to the optimisation and efficiency of our processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives within the supply chain to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and sales teams to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
• Monitor and assess supplier performance and develop corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and report on supply chain performance.
• Lead projects aimed at improving supply chain technology and integration.
• Foster partnerships with key stakeholders to drive results.
• Utilize data analysis to inform decision making and optimize operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
