Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing training programs and initiatives that enhance employee capabilities. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and create engaging content that promotes professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Design e-learning modules and incorporate technology into training.
• Work alongside external trainers and consultants to enhance offerings.
• Ensure all training materials comply with legal and organizational standards.
• Maintain training documentation and records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development or Training & Development
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in a corporate training environment

Certifications

• SHRM Certified Professional
