HR Generalist

Job Description

Join our team in Cape Town as an HR Generalist, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices, and will be responsible for managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment and selection process for vacant positions.
• Act as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Monitor employee performance and assist with development plans.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate training programs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR trends and legislation.
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the company.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HR management roles
