Job Description

We are on the hunt for an HR Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Johannesburg. This role involves developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The successful candidate will be a key player in cultivating a positive work environment and driving employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee organizational development initiatives to promote employee growth.
  • Implement efficient HR systems and processes to streamline operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Help foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage talent management and succession planning processes.
  • Perform exit interviews and analyze turnover data to improve retention.
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic workforce planning.
  • Promote health and safety regulations within the workplace.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's degree in related field is an asset
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role
