Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented Legal Clerk who will assist in the legal department to ensure smooth administration of legal processes. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for legal work.

Responsibilities

  • Help manage and file legal records.
  • Draft and proofread legal documents and agreements.
  • Assist in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Gather and summarize case-related information for attorneys.
  • Coordinate with external parties for document management.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide scheduling assistance for court appearances and client meetings.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines for filings and legal documents.
  • Assist with billing and client communication.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the legal department.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Paralegal Studies
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in a legal environment
