Responsibilities
Help manage and file legal records.
Draft and proofread legal documents and agreements.
Assist in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
Gather and summarize case-related information for attorneys.
Coordinate with external parties for document management.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide scheduling assistance for court appearances and client meetings.
Monitor and manage deadlines for filings and legal documents.
Assist with billing and client communication.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the legal department.
Requirements
Education
National Diploma in Paralegal Studies
Bachelor's degree in Law is a plus
