Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel in corporate governance and compliance.
• Prepare, review, and manage documentation for legal procedures.
• Assist clients in understanding and mitigating legal risks.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development to refine skills.
• Collaborate on cross-functional teams for comprehensive legal support.
• Prepare legal opinions and provide guidance on various legal issues.
• Contribute to the development of the firm's legal strategy and practice area.

Requirements

Education

• LLB or equivalent degree in Law
• Postgraduate qualification in a legal field is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or compliance law
