As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Manage daily customer support tickets and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to enhance team performance.
  • Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and support metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate or equivalent
  • Degree in Communications or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused role
