Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships in Cape Town. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding clients, providing ongoing support, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our services.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their business objectives and how our solutions can help.
  • Facilitate ongoing training and support to ensure customers leverage all features.
  • Track and share customer success metrics with internal teams.
  • Encourage customer advocates and develop case studies to highlight successful partnerships.
  • Participate in product development feedback loops to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Conduct surveys to gather customer insights and satisfaction ratings.
  • Champion customer feedback within the organization to drive product improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Master's degree is an added advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success with a proven track record
