• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Coordinate transportation and accommodation for event attendees if necessary.
• Manage on-site logistics and resolve any issues that arise during events.
• Evaluate event success and prepare reports for clients and management.
• Maintain up-to-date event planning software and databases.
• Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
