Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Support Specialist who will engage with our customers and provide tailored support to ensure all inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Use customer feedback to enhance service and product offerings.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain updated on products and policies.
  • Document all interactions with customers comprehensively.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members as needed.
