Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and enhance their overall experience with our services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Communication or Marketing
• Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within technology or SaaS

• Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
