Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations to achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and develop retail staff to enhance service quality.
• Evaluate product performance and stock levels.
• Implement loss prevention strategies.
• Create and manage the store's budget and forecasts.
• Develop visual merchandising strategies to attract customers.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent

Experience

• Proven track record in retail sales and team management
