Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and customer correspondence effectively.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new staff.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of procedures.
  • Actively seek out solutions to improve customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Communication is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment
