  • Guide team members in resolving complex customer issues.
  • Promote a culture of feedback where customers' voices are valued.
  • Train staff on the importance of empathy and communication in customer service.
  • Advocate for customer needs in organizational decision-making.
  • Evaluate and adjust strategies based on customer insights.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Customer Service Management
  • Relevant certifications in Customer Experience are a plus

  • 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles
