Job Description

As an Event Space Designer, you will conceptualize and execute creative designs for various event spaces. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of each area, ensuring a memorable experience for clients and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design event spaces that captivate and engage attendees.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss project ideas and design preferences.
• Produce visual presentations, mood boards, and color schemes to convey design concepts.
• Supervise event setup and execution, ensuring all elements are in place.
• Build relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure materials and services.
• Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards throughout the design process.
• Document each stage of the design process for future reference and improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Interior Design or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles preferred
