Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing effective training programmes. Your expertise in assessing training needs will help us to improve employee performance and engagement, ultimately driving organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage onboarding programmes for new hires.
  • Facilitate leadership development workshops for emerging leaders.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of training programmes to ensure effectiveness.
  • Use data to inform decisions about training strategies and programmes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a training or development role
