Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide exceptional support while following company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.
  • Contribute to team goals by meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Assist in training new staff on customer service best practices.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction metrics and service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings to exchange ideas for improving customer experiences.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate or equivalent required
  • Qualification in Customer Service or Business Management preferred
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in a customer support role
