Job Description

In this role, you will manage the customer relationship from onboarding through to renewal, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize the value clients receive from our services. You will be instrumental in fostering loyalty and driving upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with customers.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
  • Provide training and onboarding support to new clients.
  • Identify and mitigate churn risks proactively.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and report on customer success outcomes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

Languages
  • English: Fluent
