We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead our supply chain operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, ensuring optimal efficiency and performance. You will be responsible for overseeing procurement, inventory control, and distribution, while also striving to enhance our service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and improve the entire supply chain process for efficiency.
• Establish and coordinate partnerships with key suppliers and distributors.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and implement strategies.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Prepare reports for senior management on supply chain performance.
• Ensure that safety protocols are followed throughout supply chain operations.
• Work closely with IT to implement supply chain management systems.
• Facilitate continuous improvement processes within the supply chain.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Certification in Supply Chain Management is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in similar roles
