Job Description

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to contribute to our HR department's success. You will be responsible for the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring HR policies are adhered to, all while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improve employee satisfaction.
  • Support initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in ensuring workplace compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Actively participate in HR projects aimed at enhancing workplace culture.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related function streams.
