Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.
• Organize community engagement activities and events.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures.
• Prepare documentation for audits and compliance verification.
• Act as a mentor to volunteers and junior staff involved in projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a similar field
• Relevant certifications in project management are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in non-profit project coordination or management.
