Job Description

The Community Outreach Coordinator will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing community engagement and participation. This role involves collaborating with local stakeholders to develop programs that address community needs, and evaluating the impact of outreach activities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead community assessments to gauge program effectiveness.
  • Work with local government and NGOs to foster partnerships.
  • Create educational resources to support outreach activities.
  • Facilitate training sessions for volunteers and staff.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Engage with community members to gather feedback on programs.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and outreach activities.
  • Support the Director in strategic planning for community initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Community Development or a similar discipline
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
