Job Description

As a Pharmacist at Local Pharmacy Inc., you will play a crucial role in patient care, dispensing medications while ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical guidelines. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and educate patients on proper medication use.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret medication orders from healthcare providers.
• Conduct medication therapy reviews for patients with chronic conditions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Conduct audits to ensure inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
• Implement new technology and processes to improve pharmacy services.
• Engage in research activities concerning medication safety and effectiveness.
• Actively participate in departmental meetings and training activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy or hospital setting.
