As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will play a vital role in managing clinical trials from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with investigators, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and conducting site visits to monitor study progress. Responsibilities

• Oversee the startup activities for new clinical trials including site selection and initiation.
• Monitor study progress and conduct interim analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in the development of study protocols, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
• Identify and escalate issues as they arise to ensure swift resolution.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to inform operational decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Master’s degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical trial management
