Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies.
  • Assist in preparing for depositions and other legal proceedings.
  • Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy.
  • Conduct background checks and due diligence.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal information.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in Paralegal Studies or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is an advantage
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
