Job Description

You will spearhead innovative research and development projects, aiming to improve food quality, safety, and nutritional content. The ideal candidate will possess solid analytical skills and a deep understanding of food processing techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Design experiments to improve food processing techniques.
  • Evaluate the nutritional profile of food products.
  • Lead the development of product prototypes.
  • Consult with suppliers to source quality ingredients.
  • Review scientific literature to inform product development.
  • Support marketing efforts with scientific data.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's in Food Science or equivalent
  • Master's degree in Food Science is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in food production or R&D
