Job Description

As an AI Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming ideas into intelligent systems. You will engage in the full AI model development lifecycle, from data collection and cleansing to modeling and deployment. Required skills include proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java, a sound understanding of machine learning frameworks, and practical experience in statistical modeling and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Work with large datasets and employ statistical methods to derive insights.
• Document processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions and contribute to architecture design.
• Assist in the workforce transformation initiatives driven by AI.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in the AI/ML field or similar role
