Job Description

We are looking for a Shrinker to join our team. The Shrinker will be responsible for reducing the size of various materials through specialized equipment and techniques, working closely with our Loss Prevention team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
• Coordinate with external security vendors to ensure the effectiveness of security systems and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention techniques.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on shrinkage, incidents, and prevention measures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with shrink-wrapping machines

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Advantageous

• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing: Experience working in environments that require quality control.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other relevant machinery: Experience with operating material handling equipment is a plus.
