Join our energetic team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will oversee recruitment from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective job descriptions, and refine our recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with potential candidates across various levels.
  • Utilize social media and other online platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance the employer branding efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure competitive hiring practices.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, promoting our culture and values.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR related field
  • Master's degree is preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in various aspects of talent acquisition
