Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Craft and refine recruitment strategies tailored to specific client needs.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit.
• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding.
• Train junior recruitment staff and share best practices.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance recruitment skills.
• Coordinate with HR for seamless candidate onboarding.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Psychology is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Technical Skills

• Sourcing Strategies
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Certifications

• Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
