Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to enhance our organizational culture. You will be responsible for crafting policies, hosting educational sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of our inclusion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing diversity programs and recommend enhancements.
• Cultivate a network of diversity advocates within the organization.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding workplace equity.
• Create toolkits and resources for employees to support diversity efforts.
• Organize events and activities that celebrate diversity in the workplace.
• Foster strong relationships with community organisations that support diversity issues.

Advantageous

• Experience with employee resource groups: Involvement with ERGs to support diverse employees' interests.
• Familiarity with EDI frameworks: Knowledge of frameworks that facilitate equity, diversity, and inclusion.
