Job Description

We are in search of an HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, a passion for employee development, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace culture and providing support across all HR functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for various positions, ensuring a strong talent pool.
  • Develop and implement HR best practices across the organisation.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development activities to enhance staff skills.
  • Assist in managing company-wide communication and updates.
  • Support payroll processing and record-keeping.
  • Conduct market research to keep compensation competitive.
  • Participate in various HR projects as needed.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity within the workplace.
  • Review and improve employee onboarding processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an HR focus
  • Master's degree in HR Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or related fields
