Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing our employees' skill sets. Responsibilities

• Support HR in developing a strategic vision for workforce development.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a relevant field
• Additional qualifications in instructional design or coaching preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role with proven success
