As an HR Generalist, you will be at the heart of our talent management initiatives, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, while promoting a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
Handle the full recruitment lifecycle from planning to onboarding.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Manage the administration of employee benefits and compensation.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports.
Assist in creating and implementing HR programs that enhance employee engagement.
Handle employee grievances and provide guidance on policies.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates.
Regularly review and update HR policies to ensure compliance.
Liaise with departmental heads to assess HR needs.
Provide support in project management for HR initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Master's degree is an advantage
