Responsibilities
Lead guided tours that are both entertaining and educational.
Engage with a variety of audiences, tailoring presentations to different age groups.
Utilize storytelling techniques to enhance the visitor experience.
Assist in the development of new tour content and promotional materials.
Ensure the safety and comfort of visitors throughout tours.
Conduct research to stay updated on historical and cultural topics relevant to the museum.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve guiding skills.
Work on special projects and outreach initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies or related field
Diploma in Tour Guiding preferred
Experience
3+ years of experience in museum or cultural guiding roles
