Responsibilities

• Conduct topographical surveys to determine land contours and elevations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, reports, and maps.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to provide necessary survey data.
• Utilize surveying instruments and equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Assist in preliminary site assessments and property boundary definition.
• Prepare proposals for surveying contracts based on project requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and trainees in surveying methods.
• Stay updated with developments in surveying technology and software.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or relevant field
• Professional registration preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in surveying or related field

Technical Skills

• Surveying Software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
• Total Stations and GPS Equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Professional Surveyor License

Languages

• English: Fluent
