Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist who will drive our recruitment efforts in Pretoria. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies that resonate with our organisational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and post job descriptions that accurately reflect role requirements.
  • Review and screen CVs, and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from hiring teams.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Utilize data analytics to improve recruitment methods.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salary and compensation packages.
  • Network with potential candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Assist in creating an inclusive hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Provide feedback to candidates post-interview to enhance experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
