Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant team in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions across multiple sectors. Your ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate with clients will be crucial in matching the right candidates to the right jobs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies targeting specific job markets.
  • Foster strong connections with potential candidates to understand their career aspirations.
  • Organize and host candidate interview sessions and assessments.
  • Evaluate candidate skills and qualifications against job specifications.
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote the agency's services to both candidates and clients.
  • Develop unique sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates.
  • Handle sensitive HR-related issues professionally and confidentially.
  • Mentor junior recruitment team members and assist in their training.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and success rates.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Sociology is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a recruitment consulting role
