Responsibilities

• Lead design review meetings and present project updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in their projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on material specifications.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documents for stakeholders.
• Evaluate design alternatives and make recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

• Ansys
• CATIA

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Communication

Certifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt
• Lean Manufacturing Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of automation systems: Experience working with robotics and automation technologies.
