Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of event planning, from initial concept through to execution, ensuring that every event is unique and tailored to client specifications.

Responsibilities

  • Design event layouts and themes that align with client visions.
  • Arrange logistics for events including transportation and accommodation.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to promote events.
  • Create timelines for each event phase and oversee execution.
  • Engage with sponsors and partners for event collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Event Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in the events industry
