Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception to completion.
• Analyze specifications and performance data.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product reliability.
• Actively participate in design reviews and meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Manage workflow and timeframes for engineering projects.
• Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders.
• Work with suppliers to ensure quality materials are sourced.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on product development

• ANSYS
