As an Industrial Engineer in our Cape Town facility, you will play a crucial role in improving production efficiency and product quality. You will analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to enhance operational performance. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve production issues.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management on process improvements.
• Maintain documentation for all engineering projects and changes.
• Collaborate with the IT department to implement automation solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement or operations management
