Responsibilities
Plan and execute diverse events, including corporate meetings, weddings, and parties.
Handle all logistics, from venue booking to post-event evaluations.
Create and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
Monitor event budgets and keep detailed financial records.
Research and manage vendor relationships, including catering, AV, and décor.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during events.
Develop promotional materials and marketing strategies for events.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality
Experience
2-4 years of experience in a similar role
